Is it pure Silver? What stones are used?

When will my order be delivered?

Your order will be packaged really carefully and delivered wherever you want. Delivery takes between 5-7 business days. You will receive an e-mail after ordering with more information about the delivery.

How can I track the status of my order?

We usually process and ship all orders within 0-2 business days of receiving them. Once your order is shipped, you will receive notifications via SMS, email, and WhatsApp with details of the delivery partner and your tracking ID. We are committed to providing a smooth and timely delivery experience and are here to assist with any inquiries you may have regarding your order’s status.

Are there any shipping fees associated with my order?

We offer free shipping on all orders over Rs. 1499. A shipping charge of Rs. 120 is applicable to all orders under Rs. 1499

What can I do if my order dispatch is delayed?

We will try our best to get your products to you within the estimated delivery time. If the package has not reached you by the expected delivery date, please contact us on +919389179331 and we will try our best to resolve your issues.

I received a broken product?

Missing/Broken item verification and can only be approved upon receiving an unboxing video.

What is your Replacement policy?

Only products which are unused, unworn, undamaged , completely intact are eligible for replacement. Customers having any issues with the quality ,size,missing items, received wrong product and product dislike can be replaced. Customer will contact De SILVA team (Phone ,SMS, Email or Whatsapp) and our team will arrange delivery for the pick up. Courier partners will then pick up the item within 5-7 business days. This item is then brought back to the warehouse where it is checked by the quality control team. Once the product passes the quality control, a replacement is initiated. Missing/Broken item verification can only be approved upon receiving an unboxing video. Exception If there is a recurring issue , we will bring back the product, do a QC at our end (Buying Team verifying with the vendor) and then take accountability for a prompt action. Customers shall then be liable for any replacement once it passes all the investigation stages and the team comes to an integrated solution. Basic Tarnishing affairs will not be liable for any replacement until it's a recurring issue with any targeted product. Tarnishing is completely a natural phenomenon, but we use Rhodium Plating to prevent it. All silver jewelry tarnishes over time (when it is in regular use with water and cosmetics). Customers should be advised about the care instructions at the time of buying.

What is your Refund Policy?

The refunds will be initiated once the product passes quality control

  • In the case of COD orders, the shipping cost is non-refundable. Our team will reach out to you for your bank account details, wherein we will process the refund. Please note that this process takes 5-7 days.
  • However, for prepaid orders, your refund will be processed directly to your original payment method.
  • De SILVA reserves the right to deny a refund if a product doesn’t pass our quality check parameters. In such a case, we will reship the original product to you.
What is your Return policy?

We offer No Return policy but if you may face a size and fit issue, are unsatisfied with the quality we offer replacements for the product. The Replacement conditions are applicable as mentioned above. 

De SILVA reserves the right to deny a replacement if a product doesn’t pass our quality check parameters. In such a case, we will reship the original product to you.

What is your Cancellation policy?

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing the order. Please raise a ticket on +919389179331 to request a cancellation. We do not provide the provision to cancel the order on the website as of right now.
