Shipping and Replacement
Processing and Dispatch Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24
– 46 hours of being placed. Minimum and maximum delivery timeline is 5 – 10
working days depending upon the customer’s Pincode.
Shipping Costs: Enjoy complimentary shipping on all orders over Rs.
1499/- Kindly note that free shipping does not apply to international orders
and returns.
Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking
details via WhatsApp, Email, or SMS.
Return Policy: We don’t have any return Policy. “No refund is supported/initiated
by the company.” However, we do have
Exchange policy with different or same product depending upon its availability.
Replacement & Exchange: You can opt for replacement or exchange under the same
conditions as returns. The replacement will be dispatched after the initial
return is picked up or delivered.
Exchange Process: Initiate an exchange/replacement request on our website
or contact our Customer Support team for guidance. Please ensure your
availability during the reverse pick-up process, as failure to answer calls may
lead to cancellation.
Size Exchange: You can change the size for a different size if the size your
order does not fit you. If you receive an item and find that the size is
not suitable, you can request a size exchange within 2 days of
the delivery date (depending upon its availability). Please note that this
policy does not apply to God idols, Coins, and defective or spurious products.
Note
on Second Exchange: Size exchange done for the first time for a particular
product is free. But if you change the same product for the second time then we
do charge you Rs. 200/- for the second exchange.
Cancellation Policy: Please note an order can only be cancelled within 24 hours
of placing the order. Once the order is processed after 24 hours, no
cancellation request will be entertained.
Empty Parcel or Missing Product: If you receive an empty parcel or encounter missing items,
contact our customer support within 24 hours. Provide a 360-degree unpacking
video with the delivery partner for assistance. Claims lacking evidence or
showing signs of tampering may not be honoured.
